Parent Teacher Association
Our school PTA consists of parents, staff and volunteers who work together to support the school in a variety of exciting and imaginative ways. This group help to improve the experiences of all of our children by raising money, organising events, and sharing ideas in termly meetings. Our PTA also creates a space for parents and staff to work together to build an even stronger school community. Our Current PTA Fundraising Project
Our school is launching a fundraising project to create a sensory garden in our school quad area. This will be an inclusive outdoor space designed to engage and stimulate the senses and provide all children with a safe space to help regulate their own emotions, feelings and impulses. This garden will feature a variety of sensory equipment, including textured flooring, colourful plants, fragrant flowers, and water features to provide a calming and enriching experience. It will also include interactive elements like tactile panels, musical instruments, and sensory equipment tailored for to support all children. This unique environment will support learning, relaxation, and emotional well-being for all students. Your contributions will help make this vision a reality for our school community!
The total cost of this project is £13,000 and currently (November 2024) we have raised £8000 which means that work can begin at the beginning of January 2025.
